The amenities in Estrella include tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball, basketball courts, lakeside walking trails, mountain biking, and hiking trails. There are also several community parks in Estrella that include play equipment for kids, BBQ, and picnic tables for family gatherings.

The guest amenities that require a fee are kayaking and paddle boating at the yacht club, StarPoint, and Presidio Clubhouse workout and pool facilities. Currently, the workout facilities and social clubs are closed to guests due to COVID 19 restrictions. The pools are open to members and guests and the cost is 5.00 per day or a 15.00 weekly rate/per person. The pool at Prisido is heated, the pool at StarPoint is not heated. A guest pass needs to be obtained by the guest prior to gaining access to the paid amenities. The guest needs to request a pass from the host in order to obtain a guest pass, a maximum of 4 guests passes are allowed each day. Estrella Golf Club is a public course that also requires green fees (priced seasonally) and is one of the best golf courses in Arizona. No guest pass or membership is required for the golf club. The restaurants at Preisido, Starpoint, and Estrella Mt Golf Club are all open to the public

There is no overnight parking allowed on the street, all vehicles must be parked in the garage or on the driveway overnight. There is enough parking space for one regular size car in the two car garage and 2 cars can be parked on the driveway. 

$203 per night, $150 cleaning fee plus service fee and occupancy taxes and fees.
